The Role

  • This exciting new position has been open because of our rapid expansion. We are looking for a progressive HR professional to join our dynamic team and support the oncoming workload.

 

Duties including but not limited to:

  • • Supporting with recruitment and selection process, from identifying the hiring need, advertising roles, sorting through resumes, shortlisting, liaising with hiring managers, setting up interviews, conducting interview with excellent communication skills and confidence, recommending finalists, to job offering.
  • • Assisting in onboarding, creating, and managing new starter files and preparing contractual documents, delivering HR inductions to new starters.
  • • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • • Managing HR inboxes.
  • • Supporting with payroll administrative duties.
  • • Managing and tracking probation end outcome.
  • • Acting as the first point of contact for HR policies and procedures to employees.
  • • Managing and conducting right to work checks for all new starters and maintain the immigration tracker, ensuring all upcoming expiry dates.
  • • Arranging training sessions for employees.
  • • Supporting with disciplinary process and grievances.
  • • Liaising external partners.
  • • Taking care of ad hoc tasks such as employment and tenancy references.
  • • 8 hours per day, excluding 1 hour break time; 5 days a week.

 

Requirements

  • • Proficient Microsoft office skills
  • • Strong administration skills
  • • Attention to detail
  • • Confident to take ownership of tasks
  • • Knowledge of UK employment legislations
  • • A confident and effective speaker
  • • A minimum of 1 year HR experience in the UK preferred

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per year

 

 

The Role and Day to Day Duties

  • • Responsible for meat (including pork) and poultry preparation and presentation
  • • produce multiple different cuts of meat from different types of primal,
  • • manage and control stock rotation, ordering, cutting, cleaning, weighing, packaging, and labelling
  • • be proactive in minimising waste to produce optimum production yield
  • • comply with health & safety and legal standards at all times

 

Essential Requirements

  • • Experience within the butchery trade with good product knowledge, and preparation skills
  • • High level of health and safety awareness

Day to Day Duties

  • • Orders printing
  • • Items picking and orders packing
  • • Ensure the orders packed are accurate
  • • Labelling orders and ensure the orders are ready on time for deliveries
  • • Performing other general warehouse duties as needed

The Role and Day to Day Duties

  • • Receiving, unpacking and sorting new shipments from suppliers and vendors
  • • Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves
  • • Assisting customers in finding the products they’re looking for
  • • Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
  • • Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours
  • • Performing periodic price audits to resolve price discrepancies
  • • Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organised at all times

The Role and Day to Day Duties

  • • Grocery deliveries to restaurants and supermarkets in Great London area.
  • • Helping loading the van and carrying out the pre-delivery check.
  • • Planning the route and prioritising workload to ensure time commitments are met.
  • • Completing daily work journal and relevant documents.
  • • Complying with all company policies and appearance guidelines.
  • • Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organised at all times.

 

Essential Requirements

  • • Minimum one year’s driving experience for 3.5 tonnes vehicle or above and experience driving in central London.
  • • Flexible working approach.
  • • Being a safe driver with a clean driving license.

The Role and Day to Day Duties

  • • Unloading containers
  • • Picking and packing store orders
  • • Sorting and preparing orders for deliveries
  • • Moving and rearranging stock
  • • Handling heavy lifting equipment
  • • Ensure that operational targets are achieved and exceeded
  • • Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the warehouse
