Where does H Mart Online deliver?
We deliver to most addresses within 2 or 3 working days after dispatch to all UK areas via DHL.
Most orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) after payment has been completed, however, when we receive a high volume of orders, it can sometimes get delayed for dispatch. Any orders placed on Sunday may be dispatched on Tuesday. We apologise in advance we may not inform possible delay.
The shipping time is based on customer postcode. In remote areas courier system may not be able to deliver within 2 or 3 working days-please refer shipping cost section-
Friday we do not send out the parcels containing chilled/frozen products, so that the orders placed after 8 a.m on Thursday will be dispatched on Monday.
How does DHL work?
H-MART’s courier is with DHL.
Please kindly note that the driver cannot give a call or leave a message to recipient.
There are three delivery options as below.
1/ Door to door step only
2/ Leave safe at safe location (e.g. porch, garden or reception)
3/ Leave with neighbour
Our default delivery service is “Door to door step only” unless customers mention other specific instructions. After placing an order, your parcel will be prepared and sent out within 2 or 3 working days excluding any unexpected circumstances. On the delivery day you will be notified via email or text message for delivery time window. Please note this is an estimated only.
If you are not available to receive your parcel, it is your responsibility to contact DHL through the link you would have received via email or text message in order to change other delivery services or delivery date. Failed delivery caused by recipient’s absence, we are not responsible for the condition of products.
Please note that on occasions the driver may leave the parcel at reception or concierge due to nature of the goods without contacting recipient at Student accommodation or Apartment/Flat complex, even if “Door to door step only” delivery service is selected.
How does H Mart Online deliver?
After we have picked and packed your order, your order is handed over to the Courier service Ground crew who makes daily pickups at our warehouse in New Malden. Once your package is in the Courier Service, the package can be tracked with real-time visibility until it is received and signed by a recipient.
