Fresh/Frozen items will need to pay an extra charge for packing materials.
Please kindly note that the weight is the gross weight not the net weight of the product.
Please be kindly aware that Aberdeen, Belfast, Isle of Man, Inverness, and St Andrews take 48 hours after dispatching, thus chilled/frozen products might get defrosted once you receive them.
In particular, the Zone 3 area may take 72 hours after dispatching please consider the order containing chilled/frozen products.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver ‘Channel Island Jersey, Guernsey
- No dispatch & delivery on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
- On Friday we do not send out the parcels containing chilled/frozen products, so that the orders placed after 7 a.m. on Thursday will be dispatched on Monday.
We do not guarantee delivery dates in circumstances outside our couriers' reasonable control, including (without limitation) any adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of a public or private highway, or any form of industrial action whatsoever.
