Heating Instructions
[Steam] : Put proper amount of water into a steamer and heat it. When the water start boiling, put 6 frozen dumplings and steam them for about 7 minutes. 

[Microwave] : Place 6 dumplings in a microwave dish and cover it with plastic wrap. Place the dish inside the microwave (1000w) and heat it for 2 minutes.

Chicken meat and skin 29%, wheat flour, vegetables 19% (cabbage, onion, spring onion, garlic), water, tofu [soybean, water, firming agent (magnesium chloride)], shiitake mushroom, tapioca starch, sesame oil, soy sauce (water, soybean, wheat, salt), ginger, sugar, salt, yeast extract, pork gelatin, cooking rice wine, chicken stock (chicken meat and skin, salt), flavouring, rapeseed oil, spice.
