How do I delete my account?

Deleting Account

Once your account is closed, customers (as a Guest) are possible to purchase products without opening an account. Especially the hmart.co.uk online customers are able to continue purchase while shopping at eShop.

If you ever want to order from us again or take advantage of any other features of hmart.co.uk you will need to open a new account.

If you still want to close your account, please email us eshop@hmart.co.uk to request that your account be closed.

Please make sure to send your email address associated with the account you would like to close, so that we can verify your identity.
